Katherine Klein, Vice-Dean of Wharton Social Impact Initiative on Knowledge at Wharton

It's been just over a year since the #MeToo movement started and refocused attention on working conditions for women in this country. Women make up nearly half the labor force in the U.S., yet they make up just 5 percent of S&P 500 CEOs, and that lack of power and influence at the top may be why other issues persist. Wharton professor of management Katherine Klein joins us to discuss highlights from a new report she’s co-written from the Wharton Social Impact Initiative that looks at these issues called Four for Women: A Framework for Evaluating Companies' Impact on the Women They Employ.
