Veterinary Telemedicine - New Web-Based App from Penn Vet

Behavioral problems is one of the major complaints among pet owners, and yet there are just a few dozen specialists in this area around the country. Penn Vet is working on a new telemedicine web-based app to expand access to these specialists to more pet owners through their primary vets. Dr. James Serpell, Professor of Animal Ethics & Welfare at Penn Vet, and Dr. Carlo Siracusa, Director of Small Animal Behavior Service at Penn Vet, join host Dan Loney to discuss how this app could help people and their companion animals on Knowledge@Wharton.
