Janus v. AFSCME Challenges Union Fair-Share Fees with William Brucher and Daniel DiSalvo

Today, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case that is being viewed the biggest threat to labor unions in years. Janus v American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees union will determine whether public-sector workers can opt out of paying union "fair share" fees. Host Dan Loney talks with William Brucher, Professor at Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations, and Daniel DiSalvo, Professor of Political Science at City College of New York–CUNY Colin Powell School, to discuss the issues around this case on Knowledge@Wharton.
