The Supreme Court recently ruled in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission in favor of a baker's right to refuse to make a wedding cake for a gay couple for religious reasons. Host Dan Loney talks with Amy Sepinwall, Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at the Wharton School, and Tobias Barrington Wolff, Professor at Penn Law, to discuss how narrowly this decision was defined and whether it's a slippery slope to other business refusing to serve various communities under similar reasoning on Knowledge@Wharton.
